Important Information Before Your Visit
We are a specialist clinic dedicated to blemish removal and advanced skin treatments, offering expert care for a wide range of skin concerns. If you are new to our clinic, the first step is to book a consultation for blemish removal or skin assessment, which can be scheduled easily through our online booking system. A 50% booking fee or full payment is required at the time of booking.
As we operate by appointment only, we are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments or enquiries. If you need to amend your booking, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Any cancellations made after this time will result in the loss of the 50% booking fee.
To maintain a calm and professional environment, we ask that only the person with the appointment attends plus one other, as we are unable to accommodate children, family, or friends in the clinic. Please also note that we are unable to treat anyone under the age of 18.
